Nothing screams summer more than white pants. The second June rolls around, I love to pull out my white and start planning fun outfits. I was recently shopping for office pants, when I discovered a sale at Banana Republic. Like many shoppers, I couldn’t resist looking at just one item, and I came across this stunning sweater-pant combination.
When paired together, the sweater and pants lead to a chic office outfit that is both stylish and comfortable. The off-white tone of the pants pairs well with the cream undertone in the sweater. The sweater is tapered at the bottom, so it is easy to tuck into the high-waisted pants. Given the high-waist of the pants and how the sweater is tucked in, this results in a figure-flattering option for many body types.
I opted to dress the outfit down for a more casual day at the office with a pair of suede loafers and a tote bag. If you are needing a more formal outfit, I would suggest pairing the outfit with some nude heels, a structured handbag, and a thin brown belt. To top off the look, I styled the outfit with a brown leather watch and light-pink nail polish. I received so many compliments on the sweater and pants combo, and it was a great deal totaling less than $100 for the set!
